The PowerBoom comes in 2 different versions. The PowerBoom 18 is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It has an IPX5 rating suitable for all outdoor activities. It is compatible with any PC, tablet, and smartphone. It has a built in speakerphone and call answer button. It uses a li-ion rechargeable battery that lasts up to 8 hours. The PowerBoom 18 charges through wall outlets with its own adapter. It is designed to be larger than the 15 and uses more power. It is both louder and more powerful than the 15.

With its larger battery and drivers the Powerboom 18 provides a richer sound to the powerboom 15. It can get louder and have fuller bass with much more kick than its counterparts. The Powerboom 18 was made to put the power in Powerboom. With much more strength and a longer battery life, this speaker is for the most outgoing of people.

The Powerboom 18 is completely designed for outdoor usage. Its metal core enclosure with POM plastic coat for drop resistance, prevent accidental damage from falls. The powerboom 18 is slightly bigger than the palm of your hand making it easy to take on the go with you wherever you may be. The side D-ring allows for even more portability.
WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY
The Powerboom 18 has CSR Bluetooth© 4.0 that works up to 33 feet. It is compatible with all your smartphones, tablets and computers. Enjoy the music without limitation.
WIRED STEREO CONNECTION
The Powerboom 18 also comes with a standard 3.5mm stereo auxiliary input for a direct connection with your music device for optional wired connectivity. In case a more stable audio signal connection is required.
BUILT-IN SPEAKERPHONE
A built in Omnidirectional microphone with noise cancellation allows you to use the Powerboom 18 as a hands free calling device. You won’t miss any phone calls while listening to your music. Simply press the phone button to answer or end the call.
